Since its formation in 2003, Pinecroft Realty, the leasing division of RRC Medical Real Estate, has become a market force in the leasing of commercial properties throughout Texas representing both building owners and tenants totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet of office, medical office, and retail transactions.
